What this covers
How Applysent (applysent.com) handles the information you give it to find jobs and apply for you.
What we collect
Your account email, name and password (stored only as a salted scrypt hash); the résumé and profile details you provide; your job filters; the application packets we prepare (answers, documents and the employer form they were prepared for); receipts and events for every send; messages that arrive in your application inbox; and the sessions of hiring-system accounts you connect.
How we use it
Only to find matching roles, prepare applications, and submit the ones you approve or that match your autopilot filters. We never send email from your personal inbox and never contact recruiters in your name.
Services we rely on
When AI answers are on, questions and your relevant profile facts are sent to a language model through OpenRouter to draft answers and to sort inbox messages. Application inboxes are hosted by AgentMail. Captcha challenges on employer forms are solved through a captcha-solving service. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Telegram is used only if you turn on Telegram notifications.
Cookies
We set one httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Export and deletion
From Settings you can download a copy of your account data or delete your account. Deletion removes your workspace, including your profile, documents and application history. Cancel any active subscription first; deletion is blocked while one is still renewing.
