Applysent vs Jobbie

Last updated 5 min read

Pick Jobbie if you want a native iOS or Android app, Indeed, BambooHR or Paylocity coverage today, and a published monthly price for a large volume of applications. Pick Applysent if you want to see a receipt of every field sent to each employer, and keep the option to approve each application first, accepting that it is invite-only and does not apply through Indeed.

A quick note before the comparison

We make Applysent, so weigh this comparison accordingly. Every Jobbie fact below comes from Jobbie's own website, terms or App Store listing, checked on 10 October 2026, and is linked in the sources at the end.

Both products do the same core job: find roles that fit you and submit applications on your behalf. The differences are in where they apply, how you pay, and how much you see of what went out. If you are new to this category, our guide on whether auto-apply tools work covers the basics first.

How each one works

Jobbie

Jobbie matches you with roles and then either applies to the ones you pick with one click or runs Autopilot, which applies on a schedule. Per its homepage, it runs around the clock with nothing to install. The mobile apps add a swipe interface, and an optional setting holds applications for your approval before they are submitted.

Its Resume Tailor creates a fresh résumé for each job from your profile. Its homepage lists the countries it covers as the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, India, South Africa, Guatemala and Singapore.

Applysent

Applysent scores roles from employers' own hiring systems against your résumé and filters, and skips anything under your match threshold. For each role it tailors your résumé to the posting's wording, fills in the employer's form including custom questions, and keeps a receipt of what it submitted. See how it works for the full flow.

Right-to-work answers such as sponsorship and notice period are entered once and reused on every form, which matters if you are applying across borders. Our guide to work authorisation and sponsorship questions explains why those answers need to be consistent.

Where Jobbie is stronger

  • BambooHR and Paylocity coverage today, which are still on the way for us.
  • Indeed support once you connect your Indeed account in its settings. We do not apply through Indeed at all.
  • Native iOS and Android apps, per its mobile page, plus the web.
  • A published web price, so you can budget before signing up: $29.99 a month for 1,000 applications, checked October 2026.
  • A clear written rule that failed applications go back to your balance, which is the same approach we take.

Pros and cons of each

Jobbie pros

  • Nine named application destinations, including Workday and Indeed.
  • Apps on iOS, Android and web.
  • Large monthly allowances on the web plans.
  • Optional approval step for people who want to check first.

Jobbie cons

  • No free tier; the 7-day trial asks for a payment method up front, per its terms.
  • Subscription refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of payment and not once applications from that period are used, per its terms.
  • Monthly refills reset to the plan allowance, so unused applications do not carry over.
  • Cover letters and a per-application record of submitted answers are not mentioned on its site.
  • iOS in-app prices differ from web prices, and the store page does not show how many applications each tier includes.

Applysent pros

  • Join the waitlist, or start straight away with an access code.
  • A receipt for every application showing each field and free-text answer.
  • Review mode by default, with Autopilot as an opt-in.
  • Optional dedicated application email address so employer replies stay out of your personal inbox.
  • Same features on every plan once paid plans launch.

Applysent cons

  • BambooHR and Paylocity are not live yet.
  • No Indeed or LinkedIn Easy Apply.
  • Pricing for paid plans is not announced yet.
  • New product, so there is no long track record or body of public reviews.
  • No native mobile app; the web app works on phones.

Who should pick which

Jobbie suits someone who already knows they want high volume, is comfortable paying from day one, and needs Workday or Indeed jobs in the mix now. If most of your target employers post through Workday, that coverage gap is the deciding factor today.

Applysent suits someone who wants to test auto-applying without a card, read exactly what was submitted, and apply mainly to companies on its 10 live systems, which run from Lever and Ashby at startups to Workday and Oracle Recruiting Cloud at large employers. You can check what is live on our Lever and Workday pages, or browse current roles on the job board.

Volume is not the same as fit. Before choosing either tool on application counts alone, read how many jobs you should apply to.

Frequently asked questions

Is Jobbie free?

Not on the web. Its terms describe a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method, then paid plans from $29.99 a month (checked October 2026).

Does Applysent apply on Workday like Jobbie does?

Yes. Workday is live on Applysent, alongside Lever, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Greenhouse, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Teamtailor and JazzHR.

What happens if an application fails on either tool?

Both put it back. Jobbie's terms say failed applications are refunded to your application balance, and Applysent refunds a failed submission to your balance and marks it on the receipt.

Can I approve applications before they are sent?

Yes on both. Jobbie has an optional review-before-submit setting, and Applysent's review mode sends nothing until you approve it.

Which one has a mobile app?

Jobbie lists apps on iOS and Android as well as the web. Applysent is a web app that works on phones, including swiping through matches.
