Jobbie alternatives worth trying in 2026

Last updated 5 min read

If you want to start without a card, Tsenta's free plan is the closest Jobbie alternative that also submits applications for you; Applysent submits for you too, but is invite-only for now (waitlist or access code). If you would rather click submit yourself, Simplify's free Copilot extension is the low-commitment choice, and Sorce suits iPhone users who like swiping.

Why people look for an alternative to Jobbie

Jobbie is a fully automated service: you pick matches for one-click apply or turn on Autopilot, and its homepage says there is nothing to install. It runs on web, iOS and Android, applies on Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, Paylocity, JazzHR, Workable and BambooHR, and can also apply on Indeed once you connect your Indeed account.

  • No free tier. Per Jobbie's terms, the 7-day free trial needs a payment method up front. The web plan is $29.99/mo for 1,000 applications a month, or $79.99 every 3 months for 1,500 a month (checked October 2026).
  • Two price lists. iOS in-app purchases are priced separately, from Starter at $7.99/wk or $22.99/mo up to Pro Boost at $47.99/wk, and the store page does not show the volume for each tier.
  • Short refund window. A subscription refund can be requested within 24 hours of payment, but not once applications from that period have been used. Failed applications go back to your application balance.
  • Allowances reset. Monthly refills reset your balance to the plan allowance, so unused applications do not build up.
  • Review is opt-in. Jobbie offers a review-before-submit setting, but you have to switch it on.

Tsenta: the widest named list of hiring systems

Tsenta's pricing page names 19 hiring systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Rippling and Oracle Cloud, so it reaches several systems Jobbie does not list. The free plan gives 25 applications with no card, and paid plans run from $19/mo for 600 applications per 30-day cycle. Its site says you approve before send, and applications that never reach the employer are refunded to your allowance.

Suits: people who want a no-card trial and broad ATS coverage.

Applysent: review mode first, autopilot when you trust it

Applysent finds roles that match your résumé, tailors the résumé for each one, fills in the employer's own form and keeps a receipt showing every field it submitted. Review mode holds everything until you approve it, and autopilot only applies inside your filters, including a salary floor and visa sponsorship. If a submission fails, that application goes back to your balance automatically.

Pricing is not announced yet, and access is invite-only: you join the waitlist, or start straight away with an access code. BambooHR and Paylocity, which Jobbie covers, are still coming, and it does not apply through Indeed or LinkedIn Easy Apply. It is new, so there is no long track record, and there is no native app, although the web app works on phones.

Suits: people who want to see exactly what was sent before switching on full automation.

Simplify: autofill you click through yourself

Simplify's Copilot is a free browser extension that fills in applications on company career sites when you click autofill. Simplify+ ($19.99/week, $39.99/month or $89.99 per 3 months) adds tailored résumés, cover letters and answers, and a subset of members can use an Autopilot beta capped at 20 credits a week.

Suits: people who want to stay hands-on. Our guide to auto-apply vs autofill extensions explains the trade-off.

Sorce: swipe-to-apply on iPhone

Sorce is an iOS app where you swipe right on a job and its AI applies. The free tier gives 40 swipes a day indefinitely, with a tailored résumé and cover letter. Paid options are a 1 Week pass at $14.99, a 1 Month Pass at $39.99 or credit packs from $2.99.

Suits: iPhone users who liked Jobbie's swipe interface but want a free daily allowance. There is no Android or web app per its site.

AIApply: three levels of automation

AIApply's Auto Apply has Auto, Hybrid and Review modes. Hybrid sends applications automatically when the fit score is 75 or higher and holds the rest for you. Per its help centre, Auto Apply is $49/mo for 100 applications, and tailored résumés and cover letters are $12/mo add-ons each.

Suits: people who want a middle setting between full autopilot and approving every job.

How to choose a Jobbie alternative

  1. List the hiring systems your target employers use and check each tool covers them. Our ATS screening guide shows how to spot the system from the application URL.
  2. Decide whether you need Indeed. Of the tools here, only Jobbie names it, so leaving Jobbie means applying on employers' own forms.
  3. Start with a free plan or a small first batch and read what was actually submitted before paying.
  4. Check what happens to failed applications and how long you have to request a refund.
  5. Pick a review setting you will actually use.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free alternative to Jobbie?

Yes. Tsenta has a free plan of 25 applications with no card, Sorce's free tier gives 40 swipes a day, and Simplify's Copilot extension is free. Applysent is invite-only for now and has not announced pricing.

Which Jobbie alternative applies on Indeed?

Yes. Per its terms there is an optional review-before-submit setting, and its app has an Editor mode that queues applications on your phone for approval.

How is Applysent different from Jobbie?

Applysent keeps a receipt of every field submitted and lets you start in review mode, but it does not apply through Indeed, BambooHR or Paylocity yet and its pricing is not announced. The full comparison covers the details.

Can I get a refund from Jobbie?

Its terms allow a subscription refund request within 24 hours of payment, provided no applications from that period have been used. Applications that fail to process go back to your balance.
