About Applysent
Who publishes these guides, how we research them, and how to reach us.
What Applysent is
Applysent is an AI auto-apply service for job seekers. It finds roles that fit your résumé, tailors your résumé (CV) to each one without inventing experience, and fills in and submits the employer's own application form on their hiring system. You approve each application first, or let Autopilot send inside your filters and daily limit. Every application comes with a receipt of exactly what was sent.
It applies today on SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Greenhouse, Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Teamtailor, BambooHR and JazzHR. Lever and Paylocity are coming soon. It doesn't apply through LinkedIn Easy Apply or Indeed. It's free to try for 7 days (up to 20 applications); after that it's $19.99 a month for 750 applications a month, or $49.99 every 3 months for 1,000 a month. Top-up packs (25 applications for $4.99, 100 applications for $16.99, 300 applications for $44.99) add applications when a month runs short. See pricing for the details.
How we research our guides
- Primary sources first. Facts about a hiring system (Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby and others) link to that vendor's own documentation. Statuses and error messages are described as what they commonly mean, because each employer configures its own.
- Competitor facts are checked live. Prices, limits, refund terms and coverage come from each company's own pricing, terms or help pages, checked on the day an article is published, and every table says when it was checked. If we can't verify something, we leave it out.
- Our own data. Some articles use numbers from Applysent's job index, the public job postings we read from employers' hiring systems. Each one states the date, the sample size and how it was counted.
- Sources on every page. Every number has a citation next to it and an entry in the Sources list at the end, with the date we read it. Forum posts are quoted only as individual anecdotes, never as data.
- No invented proof. We don't publish made-up statistics, testimonials, reviews or interview rates, and we never claim an application is “undetectable” or that it guarantees an interview.
Editorial and review process
Articles are written by the Applysent team and drafted with AI assistance. No article is published until a reviewer has read and edited it in full: re-checking every number and competitor fact against its source, checking every link, comparing product claims with what Applysent actually does, and cutting anything that doesn't help a job seeker. Our publishing system won't publish an article that hasn't been signed off or that still contains a placeholder.
We make Applysent, so on comparison, review, alternatives and pricing pages we say so near the top. Weigh those pages accordingly; we try to say plainly where another tool is the better fit.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, email [email protected] with the page and what's wrong. We check the claim against its source, fix errors as soon as they're confirmed, and update the page's “Last updated” date when the change is material. Competitor prices are re-checked monthly.
