What will you contribute?

Teciem is looking for a Toolkit Consultant to join our Professional Services CoE team and help leading financial institutions maximize the value of Sophis and Sophis Invest solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing custom solutions, and working closely with clients in a high-impact consulting environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom components using Sophis Toolkit.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement business logic enhancements.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
• Build and maintain interfaces between Sophis and external systems (market data, risk engines, accounting, and upstream/downstream applications).
• Provide L3 production support for Sophis Toolkit developments.
• Perform scalability assessments and optimize existing code for performance.
• Train consultants and clients in your areas of expertise.
• Collaborate with the Core Development team and contribute to the evolution of solution capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Mandatory: Proficiency in C++ and C#.
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle relational databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and Windows development environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and knowledge sharing.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or asset management.
• Experience with a bank, asset manager, or financial software vendor.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
