What will you contribute?

Teciem is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services CoE team, supporting leading financial institutions in implementing, operating, and optimizing Sophis and Sophis Invest solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to build deep product expertise, solve complex technical challenges, and work closely with high-profile clients in the financial services sector.

What You'll Do

• Deploy, configure, and support Sophis/Sophis Invest environments and related components (scripts, batch jobs, monitoring, orchestration).
• Design solution architectures and recommend technical best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with solution capabilities.
• Participate in performance optimization, integrations, and special technical assignments.
• Train consultants and clients in your areas of expertise.
• Contribute to standards, tools, processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Support successful project delivery and continuous improvement across the services team.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical skills with MongoDB, SQL (Oracle), XML/XSLT, and MS Excel.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong Windows administration or advanced user skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and knowledge sharing.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or asset management.
• Experience within a bank, asset manager, or financial software provider.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Nomad, Consul, Kubernetes, Docker, Confluence, and JIRA.
• ITIL certification or experience with ITSM frameworks.
