🔧 Electronics & Repair Technician | Surveying Technology

📍 Zoetermeer, Netherlands – Full time on site

📍 or Dublin, Ireland – Full time on site

📍 or Hamburg, Germany — Full-time, on-site

Work arrangement: This role requires regular on-site presence in one of the selected work location.

Are you hands-on with electronics and motivated by solving technical problems? Join Topcon in Zoetermeer, Dublin, or Hamburg and work on-site with advanced surveying and precision-positioning equipment used in construction, geospatial, and infrastructure projects.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose, maintain, test, and repair surveying and positioning instruments.
• Identify faults, replace components, and complete quality checks.
• Keep repair records and technical systems accurate and up to date.
• Provide practical support to dealers, distributors, and colleagues.

What you bring

• An MBO or HBO qualification in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, assembly, testing, or electronics; relevant internship experience is welcome.
• A structured troubleshooting mindset and confidence using tools and technical documentation.
• Good English; Dutch and / or German is a strong advantage
• Young engineers and recent graduates in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines are encouraged to apply. No specific work experience is required—we value a strong technical background, curiosity, and the motivation to learn and grow with us.

What we offer

• For the Netherlands: €45,000–€50,000 gross per year, including 13th month and holiday allowance.Netherlands benefits: employer-paid pension, 30 days off, and €0.23/km travel allowance
• For Dublin and Hamburg: compensation and benefits will be aligned with applicable local terms.
