In this role, you would support operations related to the acceptance, release, and registration of sample and marketing Samsung products, the entire product portfolio of all divisions. As part of your daily work, you would have contact with a number of internal customers from sales or marketing departments and external customers.

We are working in a system environment of several systems where the documentation based on Microsoft; the goods registered in the SAP and WMS systems and are looking for a specialist that has good knowledge and experience with the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of Cello TMS and SAP N-ERP transactions. Stock level monitoring and inventory control
• Investigation and resolution of logistics and system-related problems.
• Inventory accuracy and discrepancy management
• Supporting logistics operations by ensuring uninterrupted system performance
• Stock reconciliation and reporting
• Maintaining master data and transportation-related settings.
• Managing carrier configuration, lead times, tracking codes and other operational parameters.
• Preparing tutorials and user guidance materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP GUI
• Basic knowledge of IDoc and EDI processes.
• Assertive personality
• Experience in system testing and user support.
• Curious, eager to learn and pro-active attitude
• Constructive problem-solving skills
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Good English in speaking and writing
• Fluent Polish
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved
