Reid Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Geriatrics Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our well-established geriatrics practice in Richmond, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults by helping preserve their quality of life, dignity, and independence. The incoming APP will join a dedicated team focused on providing comprehensive, personalized outpatient care to the geriatric population, with the opportunity to build a patient panel and develop lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Position Details:
- Join an established geriatrics practice consisting of 1 physician, 1 APP, 1 LPN, 1 medical assistant, and 1 office assistant
- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities
- Well-established practice with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for older adults while preserving their dignity and independence

Education/Experience:
Education Requirements: Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Licensure: Indiana professional license required.
Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS certification.
