Analytical Engineer

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct tests in accordance with national standards, international standards, company specifications, and customer technical requirements; complete test data analysis, prepare test reports, and provide product improvement recommendations to design engineers.

依据国标、国际标准、企业规范及客户技术要求开展测试，完成测试数据分析，编制测试报告，并向设计工程师输出产品改进建议

· Be familiar with relevant testing standards for motor and fan products to ensure compliant test execution and report delivery, validate test conclusions, and support internal R&D iterations, project acceptance, third-party testing submissions, and system audits.

熟悉电机、风机类产品相关测试标准，保障测试实施与报告输出合规，确保测试结论有效；支撑内部研发迭代、项目验收、第三方送检及体系审核工作。

· Perform measurement system analysis and Gage R&R studies, and be responsible for dynamometer calibration to ensure test data is accurate, reliable, and traceable.

可开展测量系统分析、Gage R&R 试验，负责测功机校准工作，保障测试数据准确、可靠、可追溯。

· For abnormal issues such as out-of-tolerance test results or failure to meet performance requirements, collaborate with the R&D team to review data, identify root causes, and verify results through retesting; prepare comparative analysis reports.

针对试验超差、性能不达标等异常问题，协同研发团队开展数据复盘、根因定位与复测验证，输出对比分析报告。

· Conduct performance testing for motor and fan products, including noise, vibration, temperature rise, waterproofing, reliability, salt spray, and various certification-related tests

开展电机与风机产品性能测试，涵盖噪声、振动、温升、防水、可靠性、盐雾及各类认证相关试验。

· Good team work and communication skills. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will have proven experience…

· At least 5 years of experience in research and testing of electrical machinery laboratories, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports; those familiar with the entire process of research and testing for electrical machinery and fans are preferred.

至少5年及以上电机实验室研发试验、数据分析与技术报告编制相关工作经验；熟悉电机、风机研发测试全流程者优先。

· Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electrical Machines and Appliances, Power Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, etc.

本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、电机与电器、电力电子、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。

· Be proficient in reading English standards, technical specifications and documents, and possess the ability to write in English.

能够熟练阅读英文标准、技术规范和文献，具备英文文档编写能力。

· Have strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in using Excel for data processing, fitting, benchmarking, trend analysis, and able to independently produce charts, conclusions, problem analysis and optimization suggestions.

具备较强数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel进行数据处理、拟合、对标、趋势分析，能独立输出图表、结论、问题分析与优化建议。

· Possess excellent skills in writing technical documents, with rigorous logic and clear organization. Capable of independently completing the entire set of research and development test reports, review reports, and technical summaries.

具备优秀的技术文档撰写能力，逻辑严谨、条理清晰，可独立完成全套研发类测试报告、复盘报告、技术总结。

· Familiar with measurement systems, Gaga R&R, and industry standards for motors/fans

熟悉测量系统, Gaga R&R, 电机/风机行业标准。
