WAREHOUSE OPERATOR - PICKER LOADING-2

PT JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA (WONOAYU)

Responsibilities

* Locate and accurately pick products from warehouse storage areas according to loading sheets and picking orders.

* Safely load and secure goods onto transport vehicles, ensuring weight distribution is balanced and complies with safety standards.

* Conduct pre-loading inspections of products to ensure packaging integrity and correct quantity.

* Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, hand jacks, and pallet wrappers, in a safe and responsible manner.

* Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company health and safety standards.

* Update inventory logs and documentation accurately, reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

Qualifications

* At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in picking, loading, or inventory handling.

* Possess a valid forklift operator license (SIO) is highly preferred.

* Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

* Basic understanding of warehouse safety regulations and inventory management processes.
