PPIC STAFF

Job Responsibilities

* Create, monitor, and adjust weekly and monthly production schedules to ensure optimal machine and labor utilization.

* Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory levels to prevent both stockouts and excess inventory.

* Coordinate closely with the Procurement department regarding the arrival of raw materials and with the Sales department regarding demand forecasts.

* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system data (ERP/SAP).

* Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization.

* Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose actionable solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control, preferably in the manufacturing or food/agribusiness industry.

* Proficiency in using ERP/SAP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
