LABORATORY ANALYST AF

Job Description :

• Carry out wet lab analysis according to applicable IK procedures and input into the SAP program
• Carry out test preparations, including preparing the required reagents
• Capable of operating laboratory equipment in accordance with the specific duties associated with each parameter
• Perform validation/verification of analytical methods
• Evaluate the analysis process and results that do not meet requirements
• Prepare the reagents used and ensure their quality
• Maintain records of reagent and glassware stock
• Perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and monitor room conditions
• Implement K3 and 5S programs in the work environment

Job Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry for fresh graduates
• Not colorblind
• Free from illicit drug use
• Willing to work shifts
• No dust allergies
• High level of initiative and integrity
• Good communication skills
• Able to work well both independently and in a team





Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Melaksanakan analisis wet lab sesuai dengan prosedur IK (Instruksi Kerja) yang berlaku dan melakukan input hasil analisis ke dalam program SAP.
• Melakukan persiapan pengujian, termasuk menyiapkan reagen yang diperlukan.
• Mampu mengoperasikan peralatan laboratorium sesuai dengan tugas dan parameter analisis yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
• Melakukan validasi/verifikasi metode analisis.
• Mengevaluasi proses analisis dan hasil pengujian yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan atau spesifikasi.
• Menyiapkan reagen yang digunakan serta memastikan kualitas reagen tersebut.
• Memelihara catatan dan melakukan monitoring terhadap stok reagen dan peralatan gelas laboratorium (glassware).
• Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin terhadap peralatan laboratorium serta memantau kondisi ruangan laboratorium.
• Menerapkan program K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) serta 5S di lingkungan kerja.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Minimal pendidikan S1 Kimia, terbuka untuk fresh graduate.
• Tidak buta warna.
• Bebas dari penyalahgunaan narkoba dan obat-obatan terlarang.
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
• Tidak memiliki alergi terhadap debu.
• Memiliki tingkat inisiatif dan integritas yang tinggi.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
