Job description and responsibilities:

• Export & Import Coordination
• Order processing
• Capacity planning of
• Restocking
• Transportation
• Organization of transportation
• Transport documentation handling and administration in
• Local ERP systems (SAP, PIOSYS)
• Daily contact with
• Warehouses (local/rented)
• Carriers
• Authorities (Customs, Plant Protection Organization, Chamber of Agriculture)
• Brokers
• Sending/Receiving plants or companies
• Other departments at the company
• Reporting
• Preparation and submission of
• Intrastat reports (3 companies)
• Financial reports (3 companies)
• Management reports
• Tendering (RFQ)
• Preparation of tender for
• Transportation (Supplier evaulation, selection)
• Warehousing (Supplier evaulation, selection)
• Contracting
• Preparation of contracts for
• Transportation
• Warehousing

Qualifications:

• Education: Higher education degree in logistics or related field
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics activities
• Language: English, intermediate (oral and written)

Skills and Competencies:

• Effective communication (oral and written)
• Administrative expert
• Computer usage (MS Office, SAP)
• Proactivity
• Relationship-building skills / teamwork
