- Review learning content developed by others and provide functional guidance to help ensure consistency, accuracy, usability, and alignment with established standards.
- Apply simplification and user-centered design principles to create practical, engaging, risk-based, and accessible learning experiences.
- Identify learning-readiness, translation, quality, or delivery risks and recommend appropriate actions to address them.
- Monitor curriculum development, translation progress, and learning readiness; provide regular updates; and escalate significant risks or decisions when appropriate.
- Evaluate opportunities to use digital technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve content development, translation efficiency, quality review, and learner engagement.
- Apply appropriate human review, data-handling, quality, and compliance controls when using digital or AI-enabled solutions.
- Benchmark learning and translation practices to identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Pfizer Learning Academy administrators and learning-system stakeholders to coordinate curriculum creation, assignment, deployment, tracking, and reporting.
