Collection Officer (12 Months Contract)

The Collections Officer is responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Singapore consumer and SME portfolios. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Job Responsibilities:

Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans

Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses

Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank

Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI

Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager

Our Ideal Candidate:

Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided

Well versed in the bank products and processes

Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space

Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills
