Job Summary

Responsible for obtaining and documenting health and occupational health history, including performing annual health requirements. Provides assistance in alternate duty assignments, immunizations, vaccinations, reviewing and communicating lab results, and data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• BA Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Required
• 1-3 years Minimum of 2 years prior nursing experience with experience in occupational health preferred. Preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Additional knowledge of disease control is required.
• Knowledge of CDC Guidelines, JC Regulations, NYSDOH Regulations, and OSHA Standards.
• Registered Nurse New York - New York State Board of Nursing Required
