El rol

Participar en el proyecto de digitalización de proactivos y datos EPR, fortaleciendo la gestión de la información y la percepción de riesgos para contribuir a la seguridad de la operación.

Tus responsabilidades

• Apoyar la ejecución de proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en asegurar la documentación generada en seguridad.
• Realizar la recolección y el análisis de datos para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
• Dar seguimiento a planes de acción y validar su efectividad en piso.
• Apoyar la actualización de procedimientos, estándares y documentación del sistema SSHE.
• Participar en proyectos orientados a reducir defectos que afectan la experiencia del cliente y proponer ideas simples para optimizar controles, registros o seguimientos.
• Participar activamente en iniciativas Kaizen, dar seguimiento a las tareas asignadas hasta su cierre y cumplir los compromisos y fechas acordadas.
• Utilizar datos para identificar patrones o desviaciones y apoyar análisis de causa raíz con evidencia.

Buscamos a alguien que

• Estudie los últimos semestres de Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Ingeniería en Sistemas o Computación, con orientación al manejo de lenguajes de programación.
• Tenga orientación a resultados, mentalidad de crecimiento, proactividad, autonomía para tomar decisiones y capacidad para buscar soluciones.
• Aporte pensamiento analítico, curiosidad, adaptabilidad, agilidad y enfoque en mejora continua.
• Tenga sentido de ownership y dé seguimiento a sus responsabilidades hasta el cierre.
• Se relacione de forma respetuosa y abierta con personas de distintas áreas, escuche, aprenda y aporte durante reuniones o actividades de planta.
• Comunique la información de manera clara y oportuna, trabaje en equipo y mantenga apertura al feedback.
• Demuestre compromiso con el cliente y con la seguridad.
