YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of operators in one or several activities
• Organize and follow-up all activities according to objectives & directives
• Ensure disciplinary and technical management of the production team
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and commitment for timely delivery & quality
• Provide necessary resources and support the team to perform their job (health and safety, qualifications, tools, ....)
• Work closely with all other departments
• Represent the company on site

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a technical education with several years experience as well as complementary education as supervisor in a production environment
• Your English skills, verbal and written, are fluent
• You demonstrate excellent leadership- & moderation competencies, particularly in crisis situations
• You act as a role model, are team-oriented and loyal
