What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes

Assess patients and monitor changes in condition

Educate patients and families on their care

Manage individualized plans of care

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

What You’ll Need

Active RN license

1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation range: $40.04- $72.09

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
