Hiring: Electrical Quick Service Technicians

• Pay: $16.90 - $36.00 per flat rate hour.
• Schedule: 5-day work week with Sundays and 1 rotating weekday off

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, fluid services, and multi-point inspections.
• Test, diagnose, and replace batteries and other basic electrical components.
• Diagnose and repair basic automotive electrical concerns using appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Complete light mechanical repairs, including brakes, belts, hoses, and suspension components.
• Identify vehicle concerns during inspections and document recommended maintenance or repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair information to troubleshoot basic electrical and vehicle concerns.

You'll Bring

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
• Experience performing routine maintenance and light mechanical repairs.
• Automotive electrical or diagnostic experience.
• Experience with EV (Electric Vehicle) systems.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic equipment, electrical testing tools, and repair information systems.
• Work with technicians and Service Advisors to keep repairs moving.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California Flat Rate pay range for this position is $16.90 - $36.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
