About the Role
As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will join our Sales team and play an important role in acquiring and engaging clients, following up on leads, and supporting the growth of XTB's client base. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience who is commercially driven, confident in communication, and interested in building a career in financial services and online trading. You will receive structured training and ongoing support to develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of financial markets.
