Video Editor Intern (Unpaid) – ITP Gaming

They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow their editing skills and help create content that resonates with a gaming audience.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>ITP Gaming</strong> provides 360-degree campaign management and execution across the GCC, working with top global game publishers, hardware providers, non-endemic brands, and influencers to bring the biggest gaming launches and initiatives to the region.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong command of Arabic &amp; English (writing and speaking)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Basic animation and motion graphics knowledge is a plus</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A passion for gaming and strong awareness of gaming content trends</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Understanding of social media platforms (particularly YouTube and Instagram)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Editing &amp; Content Creation</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Edit gameplay videos, trailers, social clips, and recap content for YouTube and social media</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Implement best practices in video editing for YouTube (thumbnails, pacing, retention, etc.)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Work with producers and content leads to bring creative briefs to life</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Assist with podcast video editing and uploading</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure brand guidelines and tone are consistently maintained in all outputs</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Coordination &amp; Collaboration</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Coordinate closely with the social and editorial teams to align on publishing schedules</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Collaborate with the production team to manage post-production timelines and deliverables</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support the development of creative proposals and visual references when needed</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Analytics &amp; Improvement</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Analyse content performance on YouTube and other platforms to optimize future videos</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Stay updated with editing trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours in the gaming space</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>If you're passionate about gaming, storytelling through video, and want to help shape how global gaming brands connect with GCC audiences then we’d love to hear from you!</span></p>
