This position oversees the administration of architectural and design review processes across multiple homeowner associations and resort communities within the overall Beaver Creek Resort operation. The Senior Manager serves as the primary liaison among Design Review Boards, homeowners, architects, contractors, property managers, and community stakeholders. The role ensures that community design standards and established review procedures are administered consistently while delivering responsive service, strong governance support, and operational excellence. The Senior Manager also leads the team responsible for application processing, board administration, homeowner communications, project tracking, records management and compliance follow-up. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $94,000.00/yr -$120,000.00 /yr+ annual bonus Employment Type: Year Round Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: Design Review Program Leadership Lead Design Review Administration Office operations across Beaver Creek, Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Red Sky Ranch. Ensure consistent administration of community design guidelines, governing documents, board policies and established review procedures. Develop and maintain efficient processes that support professional and responsive homeowner and applicant experience. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, technology use, reporting and administrative efficiency. Successfully develop and lead a team of 4-5 members. Board and Governance Support Serve as the primary administrative liaison to multiple Design Review Boards and committees. Coordinate meeting agendas, application materials, correspondence, minutes and documentation of board actions. Guide board members and stakeholders on administrative procedures, governing-document requirements and established review processes. Maintain complete and accurate records of board decisions, conditions and approvals. Application and Project Administration Oversee the intake, review, tracking and processing of architectural and design review applications. Monitor application timelines and ensure timely, accurate communication with applicants and stakeholders. Coordinate with architects, builders, homeowners, consultants and community managers throughout the review process. Maintain accurate project records, status reports and approval documentation. Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, board members, contractors, architects, developers and community leadership. Communicate requirements and expectations in a clear, professional and service-oriented manner. Address issues and conflicts by balancing community standards, homeowner needs and board direction. Represent the Design Review Administration Office in community meetings and stakeholder discussions. Team Leadership and Administration Lead, coach and develop Design Review Administration staff. Establish departmental goals, performance expectations and service standards. Manage operating budgets, administrative expenses and resource priorities. Align staffing and workflows with seasonal and business demands. Compliance and Record Management Maintain comprehensive records related to applications, approvals, conditions, variances, inspections and board actions. Ensure administrative compliance with governing documents, community standards and applicable requirements. Support inspections and follow-up activities to verify that completed work remains consistent with issued approvals. Prepare reports and operational updates for community boards and resort leadership. Job Requirements: Required Bachelor's degree in business administration, planning, architecture, construction management, real estate, resort management or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Progressive leadership experience in architectural review administration, HOA management, community governance, planning, construction administration, resort operations or a related field. Experience leading teams and managing administrative operations. Strong understanding of board governance, policy administration and stakeholder management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business-management systems. Preferred Experience working with homeowner associations, metropolitan districts, resort communities or luxury residential developments. Knowledge of architectural review processes and design-guideline administration. Familiarity with Colorado common-interest community and HOA environments. Experience supporting multiple communities or governance bodies simultaneously. Project-management experience. The expected pay range is $94,000.00/yr -$120,000.00 /yr+ annual bonus.
