Your next career opportunity

In this senior role, you will lead how MDHS designs, delivers and sustains organisational change. You will build a coherent, Faculty-wide approach for embedding organisation effectiveness initiatives with a people-centred approach.

What you will deliver:

Lead implementation and embedding of MDHS’s new professional services operating model across Schools and Faculty functions.

Design and refine governance that supports clear priorities, effective decision-making and flow without unnecessary bureaucracy or duplication.

Build distributed change capability by equipping local leaders with practical tools, frameworks, coaching and ongoing peer support.

Coordinate transformation initiatives across MDHS, identifying dependencies, reducing fragmentation and aligning activity to strategic intent.

Use experimentation, feedback and data to iterate change approaches and continuously improve organisational effectiveness over time.

You may be a great fit if you:

Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability when leading change in complex, multi-layered organisations.

Bring substantial experience delivering operating model or organisational transformation with distributed ownership, not centralised control.

Operate confidently in matrix environments, working across functions, Schools and external partners to align priorities and delivery.

Apply pragmatic judgement to governance and change frameworks, avoiding over-engineering while safeguarding accountability and clarity.

Build trust and credibility with senior leaders, influencing through insight, coaching and partnership rather than directive authority.

Lead and develop professional staff, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on service excellence.
