Tele Sales Representative (Food ingredients / Bakery / Hospitality sectors)

Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 30+ years across 5 countries, are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Representative to support sales growth by engaging with customers, generating leads, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional telephone communication. Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Sales Reports To: Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and promotions. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team & from social media. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned departments. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Prepare reports and submit performance updates to Line Manager. Support customer retention initiatives through regular follow-up calls. Requirements Professional Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support. Experience in food ingredients, bakery, or hospitality sectors will be an advantage. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to persuade and influence customers professionally. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Multi-lingual ability will be an added advantage.(English, Arabic & Hindi) Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Working Conditions Full-time position based in Dubai.
