Estimation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our tendering and estimation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, analysing project requirements, preparing accurate quantity take-offs, and converting tender requirements into clear, measurable, and priceable bill items. The role requires strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and road construction projects and a solid understanding of the UAE Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for infrastructure and road construction projects. Convert tender requirements into clear, measurable, and priceable BOQ items. Analyse project scope, identify risks and opportunities, and support bid strategy development. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and tendering teams during bid preparation. Prepare technical and commercial cost breakdowns for management review. Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and company procedures.
