Position OverviewSilkRunner is our agentic AI orchestration platform. It plans, executes and supervises multi-step work across an organization's tools and data, with human experts providing oversight at defined checkpoints.We are looking for a skilled, proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of SilkRunner deployments to our clients. In this customer-facing role you will own strategic initiatives with multi-variable challenges and significant business impact. You will execute the SOW, partner with clients to define success, build alignment across internal teams, set delivery standards, identify risk early and manage senior stakeholder expectations through to a successful go-live.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>Project Delivery and Execution<ul><li>Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned projects: scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment and post go-live stabilisation.</li><li>Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and daily and weekly reporting.</li><li>Establish governance cadence including stand-ups, steering committees and sprint reviews.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams so dependencies are managed and deliverables are met.</li><li>Track project health through clear KPIs and milestones, escalating early when needed.</li></ul>Client and Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client project teams.</li><li>Run client discovery sessions with key stakeholder groups to uncover and define new strategic use cases.</li><li>Partner with clients post-deployment to identify additional product value.</li><li>Translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure alignment across functions.</li><li>Manage expectations, budgets, quality, scope changes, decisions and approvals with clarity and consistency.</li><li>Support UAT, training and enablement for client stakeholders.</li></ul>Risk, Scope and Quality Control<ul><li>Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving resolution and mitigation plans.</li><li>Keep project documentation clear, consistent and current.</li><li>Monitor scope creep and guide stakeholders through structured change control.</li><li>Maintain delivery quality standards and alignment with company methodologies.</li></ul>Internal Collaboration and Delivery Maturity<ul><li>Partner with Product and Engineering to streamline delivery workflows and handovers.</li><li>Share lessons learned, contribute to playbooks and support operational improvements.</li><li>Mentor Project Coordinators or analysts where required.</li><li>Contribute to resource planning and internal delivery capacity forecasting.</li></ul><h2>Required Experience & Qualifications</h2>Required<ul><li>4 to 7 years in project management, delivery, consulting or programme coordination.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple complex IT transformation projects across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong organisational and execution skills, able to bring structure to ambiguity.</li><li>Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, data or process-automation projects.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including strong presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in delivery tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, Confluence and Gantt tools.</li><li>Experience running project governance: stand-ups, sprint cycles, retros and steering committees.</li><li>Experience delivering enterprise implementations or workflow automation.</li></ul>Nice to have Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.<ul><li>Background in consulting, customer success or technical delivery.</li><li>Ability to read basic technical documentation and understand API or SaaS integrations.</li><li>Exposure to cybersecurity or AI products, or to regulated sectors such as government, financial services and healthcare.</li><li>Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or ScrumMaster are an advantage, not a requirement.</li></ul>Attributes and Behaviours<ul><li>Confident and professional client-facing presence, adept at managing senior stakeholders and driving decisions.</li><li>Operates autonomously with minimal direction and escalates only when necessary.</li><li>Strong judgement and the ability to prioritise across competing demands.</li><li>Highly structured with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Brings energy, ownership and reliability to a fast-paced, scaling environment.</li><li>Works well across Product, Engineering and Clients. </li></ul>
