Associate Manager, Market Development

Reporting to the Head of Sales, South Asia, the Associate Manager, Market Development, will be a key member of the Global Sales organization responsible for driving market growth, demand generation, and revenue execution across the South Asia region. The role will focus on expanding Shure's presence within the Collaboration and Conferencing ecosystem by developing strategic relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, distribution partners, and alliance partners. Leveraging market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer engagement, this individual will help build pipeline, accelerate specifications, and drive adoption of Shure's collaboration, conferencing, networked audio, and enterprise solutions portfolio.
