Director, HR Business Partner - Product and Engineering

As a Director, HRBP (P&E), you will lead our HR Global P&E Team. This role provides a unique opportunity to design and implement HR strategies at a global level, leading a team of HR professionals. Partnering with Senior Leaders and Managers, you will lead key initiatives including organizational design changes, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and compensation cycles. Reporting to the VP, People Experience, you will partner in creating and implementing organization-wide HR programs.
