WORK LOCATION: Doha, QatarPROJECT DURATION: 18 MONTHS WITH EXPECTED FOLLOW-ON WORK WITHIN THE DoS PROGRAMThe new U.S. Embassy Compound Project in Doha will be located on a five-hectare (12.36 acre) site in a new diplomatic zone north of the historic city, within the Wadi al Banat district. The Design-Build contract was awarded in September 2021 to American International Contractors Inc. The Design-Build contract duration is 49 months and the substantial completion is anticipated in December 2025. The NEC, a multi-building campus will provide a new Chancery, Marine security guard residence, and support facilities for the Embassy.
