Role Summary

The CORE / Technology Senior Manager leads the deployment and sustainment of the CORE operating system across PWMS, driving the site's maturity in efficiency, predictability and process control. The role governs the CORE Council and owns the integrity of the CORE Maturity Assessment (CMA), its scoring, reporting and progression, while the wider PWMS team is responsible for closing the specific gaps. As a key accountability, the role owns the site's multi-year technology roadmap and chairs the site capital plan, ensuring PWMS advances toward a connected, data-enabled and predictable manufacturing operation. The role also represents PWMS to the US-based Fan Module Center (FMC) business domain on CORE, technology and capital matters.

What You Will Do

- Own the execution of the PWMS CORE strategy over a multi-year horizon, establishing and driving 1 to 2 year tactical and operational plans, processes and standards to support functional strategy and deliver measurable business results across all value streams and support functions.

- Foster a CORE culture by promoting CORE initiatives throughout the organization across all levels.

- Govern the CORE Council, set the cadence, standards and accountability that keep CORE live, visible and driving business results at every tier, and develop the site CORE standards and governance processes that support P&W and RTX functional strategy.

- Own the CORE Maturity Assessment: governs its scoring, reporting and progression, holding process owners accountable for closing gaps and delivering improvement projects.

- Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to expedite the effective deployment of various digital solutions.

- Work alongside the Singapore Technology Accelerator (STA) to advance automation and implement new technologies across the site.

- Drive measurable improvement in efficiency, predictability and process control through the disciplined application of CORE tools and methods.

- Own technology maturity as a key accountability: own the site technology roadmap and progress, moving PWMS toward connected, real-time and predictable operations.

- Prioritize and sponsor technology and automation opportunities (robotics, machine connectivity, applied AI, predictive maintenance), partnering with engineering and managing external technology vendors to deliver them against the roadmap.

- Chair the PWMS multi-year capital plan and its execution through the RTX Enterprise Program Management (REPM) gated process, holding delegated gate-approval authority from the Associate Director, Operations.

- Build the business cases, funding and ROI tracking that turn CORE and technology priorities into approved, delivered results; present them for approval at US FMC Senior Director level, run post-investment reviews, and manage budget spend on CORE and transformation projects.

- Represent PWMS to the US FMC business domain under delegation from the Associate Director, Operations, leading performance reporting and influencing policies and practices beyond the site.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced professionals, with hiring, promotion and reward authority within own area; drive change at pace across the organization, aligning stakeholders and removing blockers.

Qualifications You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another STEM discipline with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years.

- Experience in operations, manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement, including at least 5 years leading teams and driving change / transformation.

- CORE / ACE accreditation or Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), with a strong track record of maturity or operating-system deployment.

- Demonstrated ability to govern a maturity assessment or audit framework — scoring, reporting and holding others accountable to progression.

- Proven ability to drive change at pace and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing technology (automation, machine connectivity, MES/SCADA and data-enabled operations) to set direction and prioritize investment.

- Strong people-leadership, communication and business-case skills, including capital planning and governance.

Qualifications We Prefer

- Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience (AS9100, NADCAP).

- Experience deploying an enterprise operating system (CORE, ACE or equivalent) at site level.

- Familiarity with RTX I4.0 / Smart Factory standards and digital-transformation programmes.

- Experience sponsoring automation, robotics or predictive-maintenance initiatives.

- Experience with REPM or an equivalent stage-gate capital process.

- Experience working across multiple sites or geographies, including US-based business units.

Reporting & Scope

- Reports to: Associate Director, Operations & CORE, PWMS.

- Accountable for CORE operating-system deployment, CORE Council governance, CMA integrity, and site technology maturity. Partners with the Principal Manufacturing Technology Engineer for hands-on technology delivery.
