Working alongside our experienced team, you will actively contribute to the <strong>full management of our guests' events</strong>, in a friendly and stimulating environment.</span></p><p><span><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You will be the <strong>first point of contact</strong> for our clients, responding to their requests and preparing <strong>attractive offers and proposals</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will learn all about <strong>drafting contracts</strong> and <strong>managing invoicing</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will help <strong>ensure our guests' satisfaction and well-being</strong> throughout their stay and event.</span></p></li><li><p><span>By taking part in our weekly meetings, you will have the opportunity to <strong>collaborate</strong> with our Food &amp; Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to coordinate and plan upcoming events.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You are comfortable communicating in both <strong>English and French</strong> with our international clientele.
