Marketing & Communication Trainee

<p>As a Marketing &amp; Communicaton trainee within our Hotel Indigo Brussels-City you will assist and support in all activities:</p><ul><li><p><span>Manage social media platforms for <strong>Hotel Indigo Brussels-City</strong> and <strong>Serra Restaurant</strong>, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok (content creation, community management, reporting)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create photo and video content using tools such as Canva and Adobe Express</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop day-to-day communication materials for the hotel and restaurant</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support PR and influencer collaborations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with other hotel departments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Update website content</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in newsletter creation and distribution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns</span></p></li></ul><p><span>As a trainee at Hotel Indigo Brussels-City, you contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences. To succeed in this role, you ideally demonstrate:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of social media platforms</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creativity and proficiency with content editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Positive attitude and proactive mindset</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Commitment to delivering high-level customer service, both internally and externally</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to perform under pressure</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creative mindset</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Ideal candidate profile</strong></p><p>You are a student in marketing, communication, hospitality management, or business, with an internship agreement for at least five months, and you are available from January 2027.</p><p>You are fluent in French and English and can adapt your tone and messaging to an international audience.
