Join us and discover a world where every day is a new adventure!We have an exceptional opportunity for a Management Trainee position.The General Management Trainee will assist the General Manager/ Director of Operations of Hilton Brussels Grand Place with various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct benchmark studies to analyze trends and competitive performance· Help to ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues· Assist in the reputation management of the hotel both online and offline by monitoring reviews and social media· Help to identify and leverage revenue opportunities to maximize hotel profitability· Act as a quality coach to ensure hotel standards are met and improved· Perform duty management tasks in the absence of senior management· Improve overall quality of the hotel through initiatives and improvement programs· Integrate gen z input to modernize services and attract a younger clientele· Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize operations and enhance guest experience· Maintain close relationships with the head of department (hod) team to ensure effective and harmonious collaboration🔍 Our Requirements:· Hotel management or tourism student with an internship agreement of six months starting in February 2027.· Fluency in both English and French is essential for comfortable interaction with our international guests.
