This is a unique opportunity to join a growing spa environment and actively contribute to its development and success.</span></p><div><hr></div><p><span><strong>Your Role</strong></span></p><p><span>As a SPA Therapist and Executive Intern, you will deliver exceptional (face) and body treatments while ensuring an outstanding and personalized guest experience.</span></p><p><span>You will also take on admin responsibilities: you will contribute to the operational, commercial and financial performance of the spa, supporting its strategic growth.</span></p><div><hr></div><p><span><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span>Guest Experience &amp; Client Relations</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth and discretion</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify guest needs and personalize the spa journey</span></p></li><li><p><span>Complete CODAGE training and act as an ambassador for both The Hotel Brussels and The Urban Spa by CODAGE</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain confidentiality and ensure an exceptional level of service at all times</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Treatment Delivery</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Perform (facial) and body treatments according to spa and CODAGE protocols</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain consistent excellence in treatment quality and technique</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in CODAGE technical and process training sessions (organized twice per year)</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Hygiene &amp; Spa Standards</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of the spa area</span></p></li><li><p><span>Replenish linen, products and amenities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate with the hotel’s housekeeping and maintenance teams</span></p></li></ul><div><hr></div><p><span><strong>Admin Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage spa reservations and booking systems (currently MEWS and Spa Booker) for massages, treatments, hydrojet sessions, day passes, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organize CODAGE training sessions for therapists</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage therapist scheduling according to demand and coordinate additional staff when required (duo treatments, absences, peak periods)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Website updates</span></p></li><li><p><span>Price lists and client brochures</span></p></li><li><p><span>Google My Business page (including reviews management)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Social media presence</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span>Manage stock, inventory and supplier orders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee invoicing, reconciliation and spa P&amp;L responsibility</span></p></li></ul><p><span><em>Please note that responsibilities are non-exhaustive.</em></span></p><div><hr></div><p><span><strong>Profile &amp; Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Completing a diploma with an internship agreement: schools for aesthetics, cosmetology or wellness</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of hospitality</span></p></li><li><p><span>Discretion, courtesy and confidentiality</span></p></li><li><p><span>Rigorous, autonomous and team-oriented</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Languages</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Fluent French (mandatory)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Intermediate English (required)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Any additional language is an asset</span></p></li></ul><div><hr></div><p><span><strong>Contract &amp; Working Conditions</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Full time or part time</span></p></li><li><p><span>Internship or "alternance"</span></p></li><li><p><span>Usual fixed days off: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Flexible schedule according to operational demand.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Peak periods: Friday evenings, Saturday full day and Sunday mornings.
