Promoter - Cosmetics Division (Mall Booth Sales)

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>The Cosmetics Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company's cosmetic and skincare products from mall kiosks/booths. The role focuses on attracting customers, demonstrating products, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing brand awareness while maintaining an attractive and professional booth presentation.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities – Cosmetics Sales, Product Promotion &amp; Customer Engagement</h4><ul><li><p>Promote cosmetic products in retail settings by demonstrating features and benefits to encourage interest and sales.</p></li><li><p>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.</p></li><li><p>Actively approach and engage shoppers to introduce and promote cosmetic and skincare products.</p></li><li><p>Meet and exceed sales targets using consultative selling and understanding customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the booth is clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times</p></li></ul><h2>Experience</h2><ul><li><p>Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, perfume, beauty retail, or FMCG promotional sales.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in malls, retail stores, kiosks, or promotional events is preferred.</p></li></ul>
