<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"><strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Coordinate learning events</strong> — Organise Manager Days, hackathons, bootcamps, lunch & learns and show-and-tell sessions, owning logistics, invitations, materials and post-event follow-up from start to finish.</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"><strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Track participation and feedback</strong> — Manage attendance, collect feedback and synthesise key learnings and improvement opportunities to continuously raise the bar on our learning programmes.</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"><strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Curate learning content</strong> — Audit and structure existing AI, enablement and learning resources into clear, audience-specific learning paths that make it easy for every Miraklian to grow.</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"><strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Create practical resources</strong> — Develop guides, FAQs, checklists and quick-reference materials that support learning adoption and make knowledge accessible across the organisation.</li>

<h2 class="pb-2 pt-4 heading-xl text-foreground">3. What You'll Bring to the Role</h2>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's level degree in HR, from a business school or university</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Experience in HR or learning is a plus, but not a prerequisite. Hybrid profiles combining analytical skills and project management are welcome.</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Comfortable organising events and facilitating sessions, in connection with the projects mentioned.</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"><em><strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Availability for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027 is required.</strong></em></li>
