About the role
- Must hold a transferable Iqama
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience
- Must have the experience in a similar role within reputable Consultancy Companies
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Power BI, Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Proficient in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, and similar tools
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management (FIDIC or similar)
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning
- Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project from start to finish
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
