Project & Sales Engineer - Electrical Power Industry

<p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">We are seeking an experienced <strong>Project &amp; Sales Engineer – Electrical Power Industry</strong> to support business development, technical sales, and project execution activities within the electrical power sector. The role will focus on developing project opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, supporting tendering activities, and coordinating the execution of electrical power projects and solutions.</p>

<h2>Key Requirements</h2>

<ul data-spread="false">

<li><strong>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.</strong></li>

<li>

<p><strong>3–5 years of relevant sales experience</strong> in the electrical power industry.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Experience with sales of some of the following products:</p>

<ul data-spread="false">

<li>

<p>Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Substations</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Transformers</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>AC/DC Systems</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Transmission &amp; Distribution (T&amp;D)</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Power Generation</p>

</li>

</ul>

</li>

<li>Good understanding of <strong>electrical power systems, protection and control systems</strong>, and related solutions.</li>

</ul>

<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>

<ul data-spread="false">

<li>

<p>Previous experience working in the <strong>UAE or GCC market</strong>.</p>

</li>

</ul>

<h2>Other Qualifications</h2>

<li>

<p>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</p>

</li>

<p>Excellent client relationship management skills.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Strong business development and sales capabilities.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

<li>

<p>Identify and develop <strong>sales and project opportunities</strong> within the electrical power industry.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Promote electrical power systems and solutions, including <strong>MV/LV switchgear, substations, transformers, AC/DC systems, T&amp;D, and power generation equipment</strong>, as applicable.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Prepare and coordinate <strong>technical and commercial proposals</strong> for electrical power projects.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Support <strong>tendering activities</strong>, including reviewing project requirements and preparing relevant submissions.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Coordinate and support the <strong>execution of electrical power projects</strong>.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate electrical power solutions.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Support commercial discussions and negotiations related to project opportunities.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Coordinate with relevant technical, commercial, and project teams to support project delivery.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Contribute to business development and sales growth within the electrical power sector.<strong></strong></p>
