Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

CSP/OEM Server Feature Development: Lead the definition, architecture design, and development of customized BIOS features tailored for CSP Server platforms (e.g., Alibaba).

Platform Porting & Maintenance: Drive the porting, adaptation, and maintenance of BIOS modules based on mainstream server platforms such as Intel/AMD and domestic chip platforms.

Complex Issue Troubleshooting: Act as the technical focal point to independently analyze, debug, and resolve complex system-level BIOS issues, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.

Project Delivery & On-site Support: Ensure the smooth delivery of new features and project milestones; provide high-level on-site technical support and communication at the customer's site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.

Around 5 years of UEFI BIOS development experience. Proven hands-on experience with CSP Server projects (e.g., Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu) or Tier-1 OEM Server projects is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of UEFI BIOS principles, architecture (AMI or EDKII), and server platform boot flows.

Proficient in C programming, with strong skills in system-level debugging and performance tuning.

Solid knowledge of x86 server architecture and related industry protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, ACPI, SMBIOS, Redfish/IPMI). Beyond x86 platform development experience, hands-on experience with ARM or RISC-V platforms is highly preferred.

Good understanding of Intel & AMD Server platform chipsets, OR experience with domestic server platforms (e.g., Phytium, Kunpeng, Hygon).

Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading technical specifications and conducting effective communication with global teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business (especially for on-site client support).
