To support the planning, execution, and governance of infrastructure projects while ensuring operational stability, service delivery effectiveness, and continuous improvement of infrastructure support functions.

Experience: 6 to 9 years

Qualifications:

Graduate ( Any Specialization)

MBA (Any Specialization)

• Co-lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (IT systems, networks, facilities, etc.)
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor execution progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Oversee day-to-day support and maintenance of infrastructure systems
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems/services
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution
• Maintain service uptime and minimize downtime
