Talent Acquisition Trainee

<p><strong>HR Trainee — Hiire</strong></p><p><strong>This is an opportunity for a curriculum internship, ideally someone that is still doing their master's or degree. </strong></p><p>We're looking for a TA Trainee to join Hiire, a tech recruitment agency focused on the European market. If you're finishing your bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's in Human Resources Management (or a related field), and you want to learn recruitment properly in a small, agile environment where your ideas matter, this is for you.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support sourcing and candidate screening processes for European tech clients</p></li><li><p>Help manage applications and candidate communication (in English and Portuguese)</p></li><li><p>Take part in content creation and employer branding strategies</p></li><li><p>Learn to use AI tools applied to recruitment in day-to-day work</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the team on business development projects</p></li></ul><p><strong>The profile we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Finishing your bachelor's degree or pursuing a master's in HRM or related fields</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English and Portuguese (required)</p></li><li><p>Genuine interest in recruitment and the technology sector</p></li><li><p>Curiosity and ideally, hands-on experience, with AI tools, we highly value candidates who've already explored and enjoy this space</p></li><li><p>Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a small, direct team environment</p></li><li><p>Someone who wants to grow in tech recruitment</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Internship duration - 3 to 4 months - it could be done in a part-time format (min 20 hours a week)</p></li><li><p>100% remote work</p></li><li><p>Direct exposure to every part of an international recruitment agency's operations</p></li><li><p>Hands-on learning in tech recruitment and AI tools applied to the sector</p></li><li><p>Contract: "<span>estágio curricular" </span></p></li></ul><div id="tw-target-rmn-container"><p></p></div><div><div id="tw-tmenu"><p></p></div><p></p></div><p>Starting date: we would like to onboard new people in mid-September or early October 2026 - we will have more opportunities at the beginning of 2027 as well.</p><p></p><p><strong>How to apply</strong><br>Send your CV and a short message (a video works too!) telling us why recruitment and technology interest you.</p>
