Overview:

The Product Manager is a self-starter, a hands-on problem solver, and a relationship builder. The Product Manager continuously builds institutional knowledge that spans all teams and functions within the company as well as a deep understanding of the evolving competitive landscape. The Product Manager works with the Engineering and Design to build and prioritize a backlog of strategic and tactical software requirements for internal CRM and customer-facing web applications. The Product Manager will establish a clear CRM experience strategy, improve usability across critical workflows, and enable faster delivery of new experiences through reusable APIs and shared platform capabilities. The Product Manager has in-depth knowledge of user experience design, demonstrates the ability to author user stories and functional specifications, and works closely with software engineers and quality assurance.

This role will be hybrid based out of our New York City office.

What You'll Do:

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and executing a roadmap for Core products</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Guide the agile development processes including quarterly planning, metrics gathering, sprint planning, grooming, and overall sprint deliverables</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own product roll out planning and execution including training, written deliverables, project demonstrations, and in-person presentations</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead meetings with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize software development and business process improvement initiatives</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and visual mock-ups for stakeholder review</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Gather feedback and approval from relevant stakeholders’ pre-development and post-development</li>

What You Have:

<ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3 to 5 years of relevant experience</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with CRM migration or transformation programs.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications or integrating multiple systems</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Worked in Agile setup as a product manager for 1-2 years</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Understands the software development lifecycle</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with quarterly planning</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Extremely high empathy towards user problems</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Creative thinker</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to data platforms such as Databricks.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with application monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working within a PHP, SQL Server, or Python-based technology environment.</li>

What We Offer:

The annual base salary range for this position is $155,000-$185,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
