The Opportunity: The Benefits Analyst leads EMEA (Europe & Middle East) benefits delivery and programmes. The role proactively provides analytical and technical support, and ensures offerings remain compliant, competitive and cost-effective to support the attraction, engagement and retention of key talent. This position will also act as a subject-matter expert and key partner, enhancing the employee experience.
