As Lead Product Manager, Casino, you’ll help build a modern digital Casino proposition for the UAE. Your challenge: How do we make it easy for customers to discover the right games, trust the experience and keep finding reasons to come back?

You’ll own a substantial Casino domain across discovery, content, personalization and engagement, working closely with Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM and Casino Operations.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-led and comfortable moving quickly in a regulated environment. You know how to balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and a compelling product experience across a complex content portfolio.

<h3>Responsibilities  </h3>

What you’ll own:

<ul>

<li>Casino strategy and roadmap within your domain </li>

<li>Game discovery and navigation </li>

<li>Content merchandising and presentation </li>

<li>Live dealer and RNG experiences </li>

<li>Personalized recommendations </li>

<li>Promotions and engagement </li>

<li>VIP product journeys </li>

<li>Cross-sell with Sportsbook and Lottery </li>

<li>Experimentation and product performance </li>

</ul>

Within 12 months, you will have:

<ul>

<li>Improved game discovery and conversion </li>

<li>Increased frequency and retention </li>

<li>Created a clearer and more differentiated Casino experience </li>

<li>Launched meaningful new capabilities </li>

<li>Established clear customer and commercial metrics  </li>

</ul>

<h3>Required Qualifications  </h3>

<ul>

<li>7+ years of Product Management experience across consumer digital products. </li>

<li>Strong Casino or gaming product experience, particularly working with large content portfolios, suppliers or personalization. </li>

<li>Experience owning substantial product domains end to end. </li>

<li>Strong product craft across customer discovery, experimentation, merchandising, analytics, retention, personalization and consumer UX. </li>

<li>Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure performance. </li>

<li>Experience working and moving quickly within a regulated environment. </li>

<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM and Operations. </li>

<li>Experience leveraging AI to accelerate product discovery, analysis, experimentation and delivery. </li>

</ul>

<h3>Preferred Qualifications  </h3>
