As Lead Product Designer, Platform, you’ll design the foundational customer journeys that every FanMo product depends on. Your challenge: How do we make complex, regulated journeys feel simple, coherent and trustworthy across the whole ecosystem?

You’ll work across Identity, KYC, Wallet, Payments, CRM, Loyalty and Personalisation, partnering closely with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong craft who can take regulatory and technical complexity and turn it into something customers barely notice. You care deeply about trust, coherence and making the hard things feel simple.

What you’ll own

<li>Registration and onboarding </li>

<li>Identity and account management </li>

<li>KYC and verification </li>

<li>Wallet, deposits and withdrawals </li>

<li>Customer preferences and consent </li>

<li>Loyalty and rewards surfaces </li>

<li>Personalisation and lifecycle experiences </li>

<li>Responsible Gaming interactions </li>

<li>Shared patterns and platform design standards </li>

<li>Research, prototyping and validation </li>

</ul>

Within 12 months, you will have:

<ul>

<li>Simplified key platform journeys </li>

<li>Improved registration and payment conversion </li>

<li>Reduced friction in regulated experiences </li>

<li>Created reusable patterns across products </li>

<li>Helped establish a coherent FanMo customer experience </li>

<li>Embedded Design early into platform decisions </li>

</ul>

<h3>Required Qualifications  </h3>

<ul>

<li>7+ years of Product Design experience across complex consumer digital products. </li>

<li>Experience designing for fintech, banking, payments, marketplaces, super-apps, telecom or other regulated consumer products. </li>

<li>Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements. </li>

<li>Strong experience with research, prototyping and validation. </li>

<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations. </li>

<li>Experience designing shared experiences, patterns and systems across multiple products or customer journeys. </li>

<li>Experience leveraging AI to accelerate prototyping, exploration, synthesis and iteration. </li>

<h3>Preferred Qualifications  </h3>

<ul>
