Order Specialist

Job Description

· Obtain sales order and verify the correctness of sales order

· Entry effective sales order in system, ensure the accuracy and complete timely

· Coordinate sales order delivery with planning and logistic

· Timely handling backorders

· In charge of return sales order, exchange sales order and all other order types

· Communicate with sales to timely close and clean up historic open sales order

· Ensure all sales order related KPI achievement

· Prepare for all sales order related reports and data analysis

· Participant sales order process improvement

· Participant sales order related system and IT tools enhancement
