  • Follow all company procurement policies and approval limits; raise anything unusual straight away.

  • Pull basic reports on open POs, shipment status, freight spend, and transit times.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain (procurement exposure is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience in logistics operations such as freight booking, shipment tracking, and carrier or forwarder coordination (air, ocean, courier).
  • Working knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and freight cost components.
  • Basic awareness of customs and trade basics such as commercial invoices, HS codes, and duties/taxes (you do not need to be an expert - we will train you).
