Sr. Community Development Manager

The Sr. Community Development Manager is responsible for leading CommUnityCare community engagement strategy to drive new patient growth, retention, and brand trust. In addition to managing community outreach programs and staff, this role provides strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, and budget accountability to ensure community development efforts align with organizational priorities, health equity goals, and service-line growth initiatives. This role is under the direction of the Director of Communications and serves as a senior grassroots, community development subject-matter expert and strategic partner to Communications leadership and cross-departmental teams.
